In an environment where student voices are essential to shaping meaningful educational experiences, the DSU Feedback Loop project was developed to strengthen communication between students and the university through a more engaging and transparent feedback system. This case study explores the design process behind creating a digital experience that transforms feedback from a disconnected administrative process into something visible, accessible, and genuinely impactful.

Closing the Feedback Loop.

As expectations around digital communication and user experience continue to evolve, students increasingly expect clarity, responsiveness, and evidence that their input drives real change. The Feedback Loop project set out to bridge this gap by reimagining how student feedback is collected, communicated, and acted upon. Through a user-centred design approach, the project focused on creating a clearer, more intuitive platform that fosters trust, encourages participation, and reinforces the value of student voices within the university experience.
